Revelation 6:2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went forth conquering and to conquer. The first horseman of the 4 horseman of the Apocalypse. Many prophecy preachers have preached for years that the rider on the white horse of Revelation 6:2 is the coming Anti-Christ. I would like to show you why it absolutely cannot be the Anti-Christ. Let's go back to Revelation 1:1 " The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John." Fellow Christians, the definition of "Revelation" is the act of revealing; and by the words of Jesus Christ above; an angel was sent to John to show him things and events that were to come in the future. It was confirmed again to John by the words of Jesus in Revelation 1:19; Jesus simply stating that he wanted John, the present Churches of John's time, and all of us modern day Christians to know things which will be happening in the future. I want to give you 2 illustrations to prove a point. In schools there are usually 2 restrooms; one for the boys and one for the girls. There are emblems or pictures of a male or female signifying to the children which one they are to use. What kind of God would we have if we were somehow expected to know that the picture of a man, did not really mean a man, it means a girl. Does that make a bit of sense? Certainly not. I want you to set an orange and an apple side by side on a table. Would Jesus really speak to us Christians through his word and try to show us things to come by calling an apple an orange, or vice versa. If a person knows anything about the word of God we know most certainly that white has always symbolized purity and righteousness before God. White linen symbolizes the righteousness of the Saints, us Christians; and the Old Testament is full of verses that use white to symbolize Holiness and Black to symbolize darkness. I also want to clear up the erroneous teaching that the coming Anti-Christ is going to be an imitator of Jesus Christ. He will not; and the stance that the rider on the white horse is an imitator of Jesus, being white, will not hold water. There is a clear picture of the Anti-Christ, that Jesus himself referred to, in Daniel 11:38-40. It does not seem to describe a Jesus imitator. There are a great number of prophecy preachers that have simply made things up, rather than saying " I don't know," and have misled many many Christians. It is my personal opinion, from much study, that the rider with a bow on the white horse in Revelation 6:2 is most surely the United States of America. I believe the crown symbolizes a President and the riding out to conquer most surely means to destroy other enemies and nations; exactly what we have seen with George Bush riding out to conquer Saddam Hussein after 911, and all the terrorists groups we have been fighting for years. Have we not ridden out to conquer in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Syria, just to name a few. I thought George Bush could have been the rider; but too much time has passed; and it just doesn't seem to fit. The white horse symbolizes a Godly nation, and I believe America fits the best. Could it be Israel, Great Britain, or some other nation. Possibly; but I think not; and time will certainly tell us as Christians, very shortly. Could the rider be our current President. It certainly could, or any future President. I plan to post much more about this and it's relation to the words of Daniel the Prophet. We are living in fascinating times. Look for it; and rest assured, the rider on the white horse can not possibly be, the coming Anti-Christ. It will be a Godly nation; and a King, with a purpose; to destroy. Please pray about this. I could be wrong; but I believe you may just agree it passes the common sense test. God will show us clearly when it unfolds.
